🤟 Projects
Instar - social network for achieving goals with friends
Created product differentiation from Instagram and other players (social is a super-competitive market!), proven product-market fit for 2 user segments. Increased user retention in the app from 4% to 15-20% in 3 weekly sprints, built speedy hypothesis-testing process (5-10 hypotheses/week). Created pitch presentation and investor relations funnel (reached to 300+ mentors and investors, 10% interested). Both the product and the fundraising are WIP, to be continued :)
Invest Navigator - social network for investors
Successfully pitched the project to VK investment committee. Created MVP to prove the interest from the audience. Result: the project was deemed valuable by both users and bloggers. But it didn't fit the general strategy of VK social network.
Financial model and strategy for industrial holding
Oversaw entire financial modelling process in an agriholding (multinational business in 8 countries). Lead several M&A. Attracted international bank funding, including 90M& loan from EBRD.
