I’m a Product Owner with over 7 years of experience in IT, including 4 years as a PM/PO in international startups and product teams. For more than a year, I’ve been mentoring entry-level and junior specialists, including within international programs. Over the years, I’ve worked on both B2C and B2B products, helped scale products to new markets, launched new features and products, and seen firsthand how product decisions translate into real business and user impact. 👉 I help people understand the product management role, prepare for the job search — from CVs and interviews to take-home assignments and first offers — and confidently handle real work tasks. I transitioned into product management from an engineering role, starting out as an implementation engineer working with complex fintech solutions before moving into product. Today, I work as a Product Manager at a UK-based startup, where I own product areas within a cross-functional team, collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, make product decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes — from idea to launch and measurable impact. In mentoring, my focus is not on “lecturing,” but on helping you understand what to do in your specific situation.
