I have trained over 700 professionals to work with people. I teach how to work in a team, how to research, and how to make products. My focus is to teach about: - Cross-cultural and cross-team communication - Work-life balance in remote and office - Remote team management for teams of all sizes from startup to corporation - Career and skill development - Motivation and working in an uncertain environment - Communication with stakeholders - Preparing for job interviews and getting your dream job I have a unique methodology for developing the soft skills of employees in IT, as well as my own course about getting a job and career development. I also teach research and design thinking and mentoring managers. I studied with the world's best personal and professional development specialists and tried all possible methods of expanding my personality boundaries, professional and personal growth. Now I work with my team in a large corporation. I started 15 years ago as a designer, and used to work with a huge number of companies: - with the largest agencies and brands: Asus, Intel, Microsoft, MTS, Mastercard - with design studios from Silicon Valley - with startups from Silicon Valley, start-up incubators, including the crypto market - with medium-sized companies: fintech and sociology - in my own business - with corporations At some point, I realized that for me all work is about people and about the happiness of both users and customers, and employees. I moved into management with a strong technical and design background. Now I focus on the atmosphere in the team and intercultural communication, remote team management, and love peacemaking within the company.
