Hi! My name is Andrew! I'm a multiple-time finalist of the annual international Stevie Awards for Great Employers 2023 and Globee Awards for Leadership 2023. I am a manager and developer with over 10 years of experience. I’ve been enwrapped by IT since my early school days. A fan of clean code. I have a profound expertise in JavaScript, Angular / React, Node (Nest JS/Express), DB (SQL / NoSQL). I do have the heart for Web Development, however despite this I managed to work on the creation of hybrid mobile and Smart TV apps, DevOps, Delivery and Project Management, pre-sales, system design, leadership, interviewing and more. Created a framework for Smart TV and STB devices in JavaScript, which allows developers to write web-oriented apps for them be means of popular front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, etc. without perception of the Smart TV specifics. Over time this JS framework has emerged as the killer-feature of the profitable startup which I co-founded as a CTO where I incubated an efficient tech team with over 30+ employees. I elaborated my own methods for software development, self-growth, time and task management both at work and personal life, refining company processes, hiring, code reviewing and mentoring. On top of that, I’m a member of various international IT associations and guilds and a certified IT judge. My sessions are conducted in the coaching format, where you find solutions to the problems by yourselves, and I as a mentor fix the vector of your thought process, give appropriate hints, point to the right conclusions. It ultimately assures that YOU are able to solve alike challenges independently down the road.
