Mikhail Kogan
10 years in software engineering. At Tinkoff (2017-2023) I worked on the iOS app Traffic Fines (5M+ installs), then was the first engineer and team lead of the Dolyame BNPL app (1M+ installs). The team grew from 1 to 13 people. I built onboarding that takes 2-3 days, promoted 4 engineers, shipped a partner SDK (XCFramework), set up CI/CD on GitLab CI and Fastlane, and kept crash-free at 99.5-100%. In 2024-2025 I was a founding iOS engineer at Centerya in Tel Aviv (SwiftUI, Xcode Cloud). Since 2025 I build my own agent products in TypeScript: Cycler (a Claude Code harness: issue, contract, CI gate, review agents, PR), Applygent (Mastra multi-agent, Playwright/Stagehand) and EasyOref (LangGraph). Cycler, a development agent on Claude Code
Author and sole developer. A Claude Code harness: takes an issue from Linear, writes a task contract, implements it, runs a CI gate and independent review agents, opens a PR. Hooks block commits on a red gate. In my own product 63% of PRs are opened by the agent. TypeScript, Claude Code, Linear, GitHub Actions, launchd.
Applygent, a multi-agent job search pipeline
Author and sole developer. A multi-agent pipeline on Mastra: finds jobs on boards, scores them, tailors the CV and fills application forms with browser automation (Playwright/Stagehand); a human approves every submit. TypeScript server with a SwiftUI macOS client.
EasyOref, an alert notification agent
Author and sole developer. A Telegram bot that turns Israeli Home Front Command alerts and news from 15 channels into short notifications for family abroad. A 5-step LangGraph agent with LangSmith tracing, deployed on a Raspberry Pi; has run for months without intervention. TypeScript.
